Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from either one of Natural Biology's fulfillment centers or Amazon. Many of our supplements are made fresh and may require an extra few days of shipping; otherwise, most products ship within 24-48 hours Monday thru Friday either USPS or UPS. We do not offer expedited shipping except for products listed on Amazon Prime, primarily because of products being made fresh every 7-14 days. Plan your purchases and always allow 7-10 days so you do not run out. Charges are either free for US and Canadian customers, or posted on-line when you purchase. International rates apply to all orders outside the United States or Canada - and typically ship within 7 days of the order being placed.
